Account Creation & Security
To use 31900 services, you must register a valid personal account. Each user is only allowed one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all related accounts along with their credit balances.
You are fully responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information including full name, active Malaysian phone number, and valid email address.
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any third parties.
- Notify 31900 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- All activity on your account, whether carried out by you personally or by anyone else using your login credentials.
31900 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as an identity card or passport. Failure to comply within the given timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
31900 users agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in investigation, suspension, or account closure:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Committing fraud, identity forgery, or using false information in any transaction.
- Collaborating with other users to gain unfair advantage in structured games.
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in ways that violate the specified bonus terms.
- Using your account for money laundering or any activities that violate Malaysian law.
31900 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities and take appropriate actions, including freezing accounts, withholding withdrawals, or reporting to relevant authorities if serious misconduct is suspected.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 31900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits made originate from legitimate financial sources registered under their own name.
Accepted deposit methods include e-wallets such as Boost, GrabPay, and TNG eWallet along with online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current platform policy and may change without prior notice. Deposit credits are processed according to the processing time of the chosen payment method.
Regarding withdrawal of winnings:
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for deposits, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification processes which may require supporting documents.
- 31900 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
31900 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawals linked to suspicious activity until investigations are complete.

Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through sincere negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
